Registration/Fees/Accomodation

Registration Open:  CLICK HERE to be redirected to a secure online registration and payment system set up for INURA 2022 in Luxembourg. About the registration process, please note the following:

  • The registration system will ask you to select a registration profile from a pull-down menu. These profiles are based on the fee system below. 
  • Each individual must register separately (all guests, spouses, children, and keynotes)
  • All charges are per person. 
  • The conference does have limited capacity.
  • After completing your registration, log back in using your registration number and email address to (a) choose a room at the Youth Hostel and/or (b) upload an abstract

Participation fee for those without accommodation: 75€

*Reduced fees are for students, artists, film makers, activists, urban movement members, and independent (non-institutional) researchers.

Included in the Conference Fee
The registration fees above include conference programming, as well as food and accommodation in a shared  room at the Luxembourg City Youth Hostel (towels not included). Single rooms are booked out. Participants who want private rooms are advised to register 'without accommodation' and book a hotel room on private costs. A list of hotels are listed on "Getting to and Around Luxembourg" (book soon!).

Please, specify in your registration if you have dietary requirements.

Cancellations
Refunds cannot be made after June 1, 2022. 

INURA Conference Fund
At the INURA Retreat 2014, it was agreed to establish an INURA Conference Fund to support the participation in INURA conferences by activists and others whose costs are not covered by any external means and who are confronted by financial barriers. Any member or supporter of INURA is welcome to apply for financial support to attend INURA conferences. Any member or supporter of INURA is also welcome to donate to the INURA Conference Fund. * The Retreat 
The Retreat is mainly for INURA members. These days are reserved for INURA matters, discussions, exchange, common INURA research projects, and the INURA AGM.  Participants staying for the INURA Retreat are also invited to present their wor
k. Submit your abstract online by June 1, via the abstract submission tool (Coming soon!). You will need your registration number as well as the email address used for your registration.
